I dont know what those people are talking about. My husband, son and I have been going to The Lakes Dental Center for 2 years and NEVER had a problem. The office is so nice and staff are very friendly. I feel like they always take time out to talk to me and my family to explain everything we need. They go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We always leave with a smile and thats such a great feeling, especially when you have a 7 year old thats happy also. Thanks for always taking care of us Dr. Hoover. See you soon :)
