Dr. William Portnoy, located in a beautiful space is Chelsea has been my Dr. for the past fifteen years. He is extremely knowledgeable, has an awesome bedside manner, and has become one of downtown's best facial plastic surgeons. His expertise in cosmetic surgery has allowed me to look as energetic and youthful as I feel. He is thorough and patient, from start to finish. He spent a lot of time during my consultation and just as much time in performing my much needed cosmetic surgery, as well as each follow-up visit. His staff is friendly and seems to know everybody that passes through the office. I highly recommended Dr. Portnoy, for general ENT exams, and all types of plastic and cosmetic surgery.
