Businiess name:  Mangia! Casual Italian
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
While the pizza has potential (fresh basil really comes through), the overall experience was horrible. For a party of four, 2 1/2 hours to get two pizzas and two appetizers. From what we observed in the kitchen, the server forgot to ring in the order. After two hours elapsed, we finally saw our pizza dough being tossed and put into the oven. While Mangia has potential to be a good restaurant (great concept for Idaho Springs) and has great decor, the service and timing was horrible. We were hoping to grab a quick bite that turned into an entire afternoon lunch. While the server apologized and the manager comped appropriately, after many years in the business and many years travelling the county in search of good eats, I would 86 this restaurant from your dining menu. Pros: Italian market in Idaho Springs, great setup Cons: Poor service, average Italian
