Do not use this company! They quoted a semi trailer, sent a smaller truck - then had to send another truck to pick up the balance. They refused to credit us for the double shuttle move they quoted. I had to fly to Dallas to accept two trucks into storage at two different times about two weeks apart .The movers left all the large furniture blanket wrapped as they put it into storage. It was 110 degrees in Tx in August. They put me in a hallway outside the storage bin behind of of our desks and had me check off things on my list as they brought it in and put it in the lockers - still blanketed. When I said I couldn't see it, they said don't worry you have 6 months to file a claim. Fry Wagner just denied my claim as it was not noted on the movers ticket. These people are awful! Don't trust or use them.
