Review content:
We had the misfortune of going to Sunset & Vines on the night of the Seal concert at Lake Las Vegas. It was so crowded at 7PM that we couldn't even get in, so we waited until after dinner to go in. We heard a couple of angry customers earlier saying how they couldn't even get the bartender's attention, which appearently was still an issue a couple of hours later, when most of the crowd left for the concert, and we were the only ones at the bar ordering a drink. The bartender that evening seemed really stressed and frazzled by just how busy it got prior to the concert, and seemed to struggle to regain any composure. He was so fixated on getting his stemware cleaned and barely paid any attention to us, and seemed irritated that there were still patrons left at 9:30PM who wanted to enjoy some wine. It's a shame b/c it seems to be a very nice place to enjoy some wine in a quiet setting, but I think the commotion caused by the Seal concert put a damper on the evening for those of us visiting from out of town, having planned the visit months in advance, not knowing that Seal was gonna be performing. Pros: Good concerpt Cons: Lousy service, bad timing
