I highly recommend that you do not interact or attempt to sign anything related to the owner, Lee Gross, or his company. He cares more about making payments on his Mercedes than providing good customer service. This is a warning to all who are thinking of renting a property from this organization - you will receive poor service, you will be gouged for every last cent, and you will probably end up going through a painful and long process in the end.
Pros: Apartments look nice
Cons: Way overpriced for the area - you'll find cheaper (and just as nice) elsewhere.
