Super cute apartments 7/13/2009

I lived in one of the apartments on Butler St for two years. I absolutely loved it. Rent was totally reasonable and Lee always made sure any issues I had were addressed. He's a flexible and nice guy, as is Will. I miss living there. He has lots of great places all around Lawrenceville so if you have a chance to rent one, snatch it up. He'll take care of you and you'll be in a hot spot. All your friends will be way jealous. Pros: Butler Street and it's shops! more

Exceptional 6/11/2009

I have rented from A1 Reality for 2 1/2 years and they have been exceptional! Lee Gross, the owner, has consistantly responded to any needs we have had. He has been flexable and fair. Of all the persons that we have rented from, he is by far the best! more

Avoid like the plague 7/16/2008

I highly recommend that you do not interact or attempt to sign anything related to the owner, Lee Gross, or his company. He cares more about making payments on his Mercedes than providing good customer service. This is a warning to all who are thinking of renting a property from this organization - you will receive poor service, you will be gouged for every last cent, and you will probably end up going through a painful and long process in the end. Pros: Apartments look nice Cons: Way overpriced for the area - you'll find cheaper (and just as nice) elsewhere. more
