I was looking for something differant, and boy did I find it. At the very begining, our waiter asked us if we had any food allergies(which at first I was thrown off a litte bite), but as he explained to us, the chef needed to know so he could taylor our meal to our spesfic needs( I was puzzled) After talking to our waiter, we went for the big nine course tasting. WHAT A MEAL!! We told our waiter to let the chef do the cooking, which from what I understand, is the best way to go. We did the wine pairing with the tasting, and that was a nice touch. The best thing about the meal was after all that food, I did not feel stuffed. I was full, but my stomach did not hurt latter on that night. GO TO NOE, it will blow you away
