Review content:
I wanted a trim and a few layers to give my hair some movement. What I got was a top-heavy, unevenly-cut flat-ironed nightmare with 5 products in it.
It started great--the stylist washed my hair and I got to pick two options from the ""pampering menu"". But from the time I sat down, it was high-pressures sales and no regard for what I'd asked for. I was assured that a Paul Mitchell ceramic flat-iron would ""change my life"" and that my hair would ""look"" longer because of the cut.
I ended up leaving the salon with a product I didn't want after overtipping the stylist because I wanted to get out ASAP. Bottom line is she didn't listen to me and didn't do anything close to what I asked for.
If you go to Heaven, bring a picture of what you want and be VERY specific.
Pros: Good atmosphere, Pampering "menu", Good decor
Cons: Overpriced, High pressure, Don't listen
