I spoke with someone named ""Christopher"" who took my reservation two hours ahead of my scheduled pickup time. He was polite, assured me that the driver would be on time. I gave the company detailed instructions on how to find my house - I live in Canton, off of two major streets, but the name of my townhouse community does not typically show up on a map.
Pros: Absoultely NONE
Cons: Not responsible, rude, endangers your chance to get to the airport
