Two thumbs up) Last trip before at the end of Summer of 2007: This driver was exceptional and he went out of his way to help me and my kids on a very Hot and Muggie morning I was allready running late to the airport.i dont care much about Taxies but this service deserves two thumbs up for getting me on time! They ditched me and I missed my flight!!! 5/31/2007

I spoke with someone named ""Christopher"" who took my reservation two hours ahead of my scheduled pickup time. He was polite, assured me that the driver would be on time. I gave the company detailed instructions on how to find my house - I live in Canton, off of two major streets, but the name of my townhouse community does not typically show up on a map. Pros: Absoultely NONE Cons: Not responsible, rude, endangers your chance to get to the airport more

ON TIME 2/22/2007

My wife and I needed a desperate night out. The kids were driving us crazy. So we looked up a car service under city search and found USA. They were a good deal and reliable,courteous and most of all on time. They made our night out well worth it. We highly recommend there service and we will be using them again. Thank you for a job well done. Pros: If you run late for things(THEY WILL HELP BY BEING ON TIME) Cons: Once you use them you expect the outher guy to do the same more

Everytime i go to Washington DC from BWI Airport this is the only one that i CALL 7/7/2006

I go to Washington DC more then ten times a Quarter at my job(I CANT BE LATE)i fly in BWI Airport and this is the only one that i CALL because of all the bad times i have had with outhers Transportation/taxi Pros: On Time Cons: Can not find them in New York more
