Businiess name:  Asuka Japanese Sushi-Steakhse

Review content:
Asuka is currently my favorite Japanese restaurant in Provo. It is very high quality but the prices are less than Happy Sumo, a top-notch trendy sushi bar nearby. Cool. I was very impressed with the large sushi portions and the many options. The menu was slightly confusing, though, but mostly because there were so many different options. We had a california roll, and one of their specialty rolls. The rolls were significantly bigger than I'm used to and looked and tasted very fresh! The terayaki beef we had to complement our sushi was a tender juicy steak, cooked to perfection, and a nice size. The prices were great too, at 5 bucks for a basic roll and 12 for the fancy specialty roll. I couldn't complain, and the steak was 11 dollars; good deal. The service wasn't noticably bad or good. It did seem a little lax, but adequate. I sometimes eat at the two little Japanese restaurants on center street: Demae and Osaka, and while I enjoy these places (especially their prices, and the ambience at Osaka), when I want to step it up a little without breaking the bank I'll head to Asuka. Pros: fresh, delicous sushi, good value, good steak, good hibachi
