My Boyfriend and I went into Asuka for the second time last week and were so disapointed. The first time we went we has the Tepanyaki and it was wonderful! Then we went for the 12.95 all you can eat sushi. We ordered and sat for 45 minutes before the server came and told us that she lost our order. She took it and we waited at least another 1/2 hour! There where 4 other tables. We where not compensated for the inconvenience at all. Not even a free soda. Had I left happy I might have been convinced to come back and give them another chance, but they made no effort to do so and they have lost me as a customer. They didnt offer to even fill our sodas. While we where waiting we where ignored. The sushi was alright. Not worth the hour and a half wait.
Pros: Good Tepanyaki, Good Price
Cons: Slow, Poor Customer Service, Sushi Average
