Review content:
Making an appointment there is a nightmare. I was told in July that they were booked untiil after Christmas, and that they couldn't make an appointment for 2008 until October. I've never heard of a policy like this- is there then just a rush of people calling on 10/1 to get appointments in January? Does this mean that if one has an appointment in August, they don't get a followup for several months? I doubt the doctor would go for that, and my guess is that the receptionist was simply choosing to be unhelpful. This was reconfirmed by her ""accidentally"" hanging up on me twice, the long hold times, and then the line just being busy. Mind you, not for a second was I impolite to her, but I did question the logic here. Plus, I was not a new patient, but an existing patient.
Pros: the doctor
Cons: the staff- a great doctor is no good to you if you can't get in to see him in the first place
