What happened to this place, used to be my favorite. Was looking forward to an excellent lunch, got there and stood at hostess stand for 10 minutes, listening to 2 waitresses and cook whooping it up in the kitchen. Waitress was unkept and had no hospitality. She spilled my coffee all over the place and served it in a saucer full of coffee. She served my soup and spilled that all over the place. She was more interested in hanging in the kitchen with her friends than serving. Her name is Jennifer and the other waitress' name was Ashley. They were so loud and obnoxious. I got no refill on my coffee or water and was there over an hour. There was only myself and a couple in the dining room. The also answered the phone snidely and hung up immmediately if they did not hear someone respond on the phone. I used to think they had the best calamari in the fingerlakes regiuon but not anymore. The waitress brought me smashed potatoes instead of fries, when I approached her she told me she would get them. After waiting 15 minutes I just got the check, paid and left. For the first time in my life I did not leave any tip and justifiably so.There for a minute I thought I was on one of those TV shows where they purposely try to piss you off and if they don't they give you money. Believe me I should have been paid for pain and suffering and think I may contact Alexander and Catilano because A1 is a wreck! Minus 5 stars!
