Review content:
The maintenance crew at somerset apartments is slow at repairing things. Our faucet in the bathroom tub as worked its way to a slow leak. at first when we moved in it was not bad just a drip ever now and then. But it recently evolved into a constant flow of water. My girlfriend and I went to the office almost 3 1/2 weeks ago and complained. They told me they would put it on the list. Well after a week and our water still running I call back and was told the same thing. Waited another week and informed them that it has yet to be fixed and let them know that it is my water bill running and the electric bill because it is the hot water side running. Which is making the hot water heater run. Since then it has been another week still no repairs. Now my water bill and electric bill is going to be high and they are doing nothing about it. Other than that it is a good first apartment experience for begining couples or whatever. But you cant get them to fix anything. And it's not just me saying this I have friends that have lived in these same apartments and they have said the same thing.
Pros: new furniture when we got it and freshly redone
Cons: location is not ideal for me
