Review content:
My company has used these guys for our quality control test specimen preparation for years. I have never had any problems with them. We probably deal with them at least once every month or so, and I expect to keep dealing with them in the future.
As far as the guy below with the complaint goes -
I've never heard of anyone at the company named Henry Katz, so I'm guessing it is not a real person. I'm guessing that the guy below was trying to sell something, and the woman who answered was able to tell immediately because he gave a fake owners name. My firm does the same thing to weed out salesmen from legitimate customers.
The company has been around since 1954. I think they know what they are doing and how to treat real customers.
