My company has used these guys for our quality control test specimen preparation for years. I have never had any problems with them. We probably deal with them at least once every month or so, and I expect to keep dealing with them in the future. As far as the guy below with the complaint goes - I've never heard of anyone at the company named Henry Katz, so I'm guessing it is not a real person. I'm guessing that the guy below was trying to sell something, and the woman who answered was able to tell immediately because he gave a fake owners name. My firm does the same thing to weed out salesmen from legitimate customers. The company has been around since 1954. I think they know what they are doing and how to treat real customers. more

I called this business to speak with the Owner, Henry Katz (the contact name I was given), but a woman answered the phone and was hostile and abusive from the start. Before I could explain who I am, and why I was calling, she accused me of being some nasty telemarketer, and not to call ever again! If this is how they treat their customers, or potential customers, then they will find that they won't have any customers anymore. Disgusting. Cons: Unprofessional Behaviour more
