me and my family have eaten here on different occasions and have had the same encounter with a certain carver....he is very unfriendly and don't you dare ask him a question...we have all, at some time in our lives, had an encounter with someone who is indifferent. This creates what I have learned to be the ""dread factor."" Do you really want to give your hard earned money to someone that creates that un-needed annoyance in your day? I don't mean to attack.....just merely suggesting some attitude training.
Pros: it's buffett - all you can eat
