I brought our 96 Lexus in for repair about 6 months ago. They spent a couple days with it as it needed a lot of work (labor intensive). We were very pleased with what was returned, though I noticed the radiator was leaking. We took it back and they said since it wasn't like that when we brought it in, they'd fix it at no charge. There was a drain spout that must've been knocked during the initial repair. We were happy to see this company had integrity and would not hesitate to use them or recommend them to anyone. They don't have loaners though.
Pros: good work, integrity, knowlegable
Cons: no loaner, had an extra expense renting a car
