I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday. I Had my Honda Civic diagnosed for an ABS light failure. Problem was diagnosed within 4 hours. The mechanics only has to put it on a scope (computer) and a printout displays number codes that corresponds to a tech manual that lets the mechanic know what is exactly wrong with the troubleshoot. First I called them and I was told it would be done in 1-2 hours. I had to call them again to see if the vehicle was done yet an hour before close time. I was told the part was not in and they would keep it over the weekend. It's Monday at 2:30 pm and vehicle isn't done yet. I was also suggested that another $1200.00 of extra work needs to be done on the car. Just a suggestion though.
