I was very satisfied with the buying experience at Ourisman. I arrived early before the dealership opened but someone came right out to greet me and offered to assist me immediately. The general manager was made aware that I had driven in from some 300 miles away and she came out, shook my hand and thanked me for visiting their dealership. The vehicle was brought up from the lot to the front of the store. The salesman pointed out some of the features of the truck and asked if I had any questions before we took a test drive. When we returned he focused on our deal and kept me informed as to what was going on with paperwork, loan approval, etc. When the deal was completed I was given a voucher for a full tank of gas and thanked heartily by everyone involved in my transaction. I was treated with respect and I absolutely would, recommend these folks to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle.
