It was important for me to write and let you know about the outstanding customer service that was extended to me from Joseph Alba and his team at Ourisman Chevrolet . You are lucky to have them. I do most of my car buying research on the Internet and Joseph contacted me shortly after my online inquiry about the cars I was interested in. He was not at all pushy just very informative and when I went to the showroom he patiently explained everything in detail about all the amenities of the car. I have never had a nicer purchasing experience than at Ourisman even when all personnel that stayed 2 hours after close on a Saturday night to finish the buying process still treated me with professionalism, kindness and even humor. More importantly I think that Joseph Alba and your team are tremendous representatives for your dealership and its consistently good reputation. This is my first Chevy in more than 20 years, and I am very happy and confident with my new vehicle - a 2011 Chevy Equinox. With Joseph and the rest of your staff at Ourisman in Bowie I will gladly refer my friends and family to you! Thank you everyone!
