I have been going to BodyZAlive since 2005 and I have been going every week since. I think when you are not familiar with the process the whole thing can seem intimidating, but I would encourage anyone considering a colonic to definitely go here. The truth is, if this place didn't exist, I'm not sure if I would be still getting colonics.... I just feel very relaxed, safe and respected at BodyZAlive, and I always have a great time chatting with Lou during the time I'm there. I think she has been a colon therapist and a REAL therapist to me at times, as I seem to just talk openly about everything with her.
Anyways, I get colonics every week because it helps me to feel at my best, the times I have gone 2 or 3 weeks without it, I just feel congested all over. And bonus your stomach does get flatter, who doesn't like that?
