I bought my wife's wedding dress here and it was a nightmare. The measurements were not done correctly and her dress was way off in the bust area. She also had a halter strap and it was put on crooked. The owner of the shop told her there was nothing they could do when she picked up her dress two days before the wedding after alterations were done and they were very rude. They didn't even call the seamstress to see if anything could be done. My mom had to fix it as best as she could about an hour before the wedding. We filed a complaint through better business asking for an apology and the owner absolutly would not apologize for her behavior. We're about to take them to small claims to get back a portion of the dress cost. I paid almost $900 for this dress and this is the way we'e treated. STAY AWAY! They have the absolute worst service I've ever come across. It is absolutly terrible beyond words. I'm having to take them to court jut to get an apology. Unbelievable!
