Like all brides I was naturally very excited to start looking for a dress, and unfortunately I chose Madison Town & Country to be my first stop. From the door I felt so unwelcomed. I wish i had trusted my first instinct and gotten out of there. The lady who helped me was cold and acted really disinterested. She made me feel like I had walked into her house and tried to make myself comfortable. I tried on a dress or two, and had to get out of there. They totally ruined a very special moment that I had been waiting for my whole life. I would never recommend this place to anyone I love. more

I wish I had never set foot in that store. Those people totally ruined a very precious moment that I had been waiting for my whole life. From the door I was treated like I was not welcomed. I wish i had trusted my first instinct and left. The clerk was disinterested and cold. She made me feel as if i had walked into her house and tried to make myself at home. I tried on a dress and had to get out of there. Sadly, this was the first time I had ever gone dress shopping, and instead of leaving with a smile, I was almost in tears. I would never recommend this place to anyone I love. more

I used Madison Town and Country to order my wedding dress. After shopping around and going back to them several times, I ended up buying my dress from them. Everyone there is so nice and so friendly. They definitely know how to make a future bride feel like a princess. Not only did they have the best price on my Maggie Sottero gown that I found in the area, they also had the best price on alterations (done by their seamstress, not sent out). They did a wonderful job on my alterations and took a lot of time to show my bridesmaids how to lace me in the dress. Even better, every time I went in for a fitting, they would all tell me how beautiful I looked. That kind of sweet personality just can't be faked, and it was exactly what a jittery bride needed. more
