Review content:
I have eaten at Septembers twice since they opened. The first time was a wonderful experince, and I was excited that Hendersonville finally got a great restaurant. The second time, I decided I was not going back ever again. We made a reservation for a booth, but when we arrived even though there were plenty of available booths, they sat us at a table. While being seated at the table the host who was seating us was briskly wisked away by the manager. She came back and did not even apologize for her surprise departure. I reminder her that we were the paying customers. She made some excuse about her manager requesting her attention. They finally got us a booth, and we ordered salads. They brought to many salads for the number of people at the table. The food was horrible. One person in our party got the same item that ordered last time. It looked like a different dish. I could not even find the vegtables on my plate. I am willing to pay the price for outstanding service and food, but September's is far from it. When we complained that the food was not good, the waiter said he would spread the word. We did not even get a visit from the manager, let alone the owner, and I know she was there. By the way lo mein noodles should be listed as lo mein noodles, not pasta.
