Our favorite Chinese place in the Palm Springs/Cathedral City are went downhill to the point we had to find a new favorite Chinese restaurant. We hesitantly gave Ming's a chance because of some less than stellar reviews and the strip mall location, but after eating there we knew we found our new place for Chinese food. Every time we go there, most of the tables are full of customers, and that is always a good thing to see at a Chinese restaurant in an obscure strip mall....a true local's place to eat. The good reviews for this place were right on the money!
Pros: Great food, service and atmosphere
Cons: Nothing to complain about so far after five visits
