Our first visit was a memorable one. Ming's serves chinese food the way we remember it (husband and I are both from the East Coast). Generous portions, pork fried rice was loaded with pork, shrimp was large and fresh tasting. Sauces are not too spicy but have a kick. The basket of crispy noodles brought to the table when you sit down are addictive. Service was attentive and pleasant. Biggest drawback for me is that very few of the chicken dishes are prepared with white-meat chicken, which I prefer. Also, the eggrolls are more like spring rolls - I would pass on them next visit. We will definitely be back to Ming's and after 5 years in the desert, we have finally found a favorite place for Chinese food.
Pros: Pork Fried Rice, General Tso's Shrimp, Crispy Noodles
Cons: Chicken dishes not prepared with chicken breasts
