I went in wanting to consign a Jaeger LeCoultre watch. The employee at the counter thought it was a 300.00 watch. How can he not know this is an expensive watch working in a watch store?? So, I asked for the owner to call me about what would be a good figure to sale for. 2 days pass and no call even after I phoned and questioned if he could call me referencing the watch I left. I finally went back to get the watch and the guy helping me basically ripped up my paperwork and threw it in the trash when I picked up the watch and said ""No hard feelings on my end...."" No explanation, no apology, etc. Would never do business with...Customer service and knowledge of associates less than stellar
