Businiess name:  Cuisine Malaya

Review content:
My boyfriend and I rushed our cross country drive to make it to Cuisine Malaya before they closed, as it didn't look like there were many vegetarian choices (according to Citysearch). It was well worth the scramble! The atmosphere was quiet and nicely dim, the pace was serene (even though we arrived only an hour before close), and the servers were perfect. I ordered tofu satay, and it was to die for: hollowed out tofu fried to crispy perfection stuffed with bean spouts and cucumber, then smothered in lightly spicy peanut sauce. For an entree, I had the Curry Laksa. It was glorious: an enormous bowl of egg noodles, vermicelli, crispy vegetables, and tofu swimming in a sublimely spiced coconut milk curry. It was both rich and light, with delicate peanut overtones. My boyfriend is omnivorous, so he ordered the Beef Rendang, which he assures me was delicious but not as good as the Laksa. Our meal was inexpensive, but if you're worried about the cost, there is a 10% off coupon on their website. All in all, this restaurant was a wonderful experience and left us with a great impression of Charlotte's dining scene. Pros: Service, Menu Selection, THE FOOD by god the food!, reasonable prices Cons: The decor wasn't incredibly cool
