I don't live in the Charlotte area, but I make an effort to go to this restaurant every time I take a trip there. The sushi is delicious and well-presented, and I have not yet found a dish that I don't like. The service is prompt and they treat you well. It isn't totally cheap (dinner is around $12 or so per dish) but it's a great value because the food is excellent. For an even better value, go there for lunch.
I especially recommend their beef rendang (especially with white rice), and the bird's nest dish (I forget the name), and fried ice cream for dessert.
Pros: FOOD, Value, Service
Cons: Parking can be tight
