Review content:
We went to Cuisine Malaya for lunch today after reading some of the reviews on CitySearch. We ordered the roti appetizer, which was greasy but quite good. I had the beef rendang for my entree, which was mediocre. The beef was not bad, but the broccoli and pineapple in the dish were ice cold. My fiance's lunch was inedible. He ordered fried rice with chicken. There was something wrong with the chicken...it was rubbery and cold. We brought the issue to the attention of the server, who made no effort to offer an alternative dish or take the charge off the bill -- as would have been expected at any establishment.
