Review content:
Please do your research when choosing a management company to rent out and maintain your property. This company may have competitive rates, however they do not keep up with their maintenance practices. Your home, condo, or apartment complex will not be watched over and suggestions for up-keep will not be made. As far as renters go, they do have unfair application processing procedures and if watched any closer, could find themselves in deep trouble with the CA Department of Real Estate.
