Please do your research when choosing a management company to rent out and maintain your property. This company may have competitive rates, however they do not keep up with their maintenance practices. Your home, condo, or apartment complex will not be watched over and suggestions for up-keep will not be made. As far as renters go, they do have unfair application processing procedures and if watched any closer, could find themselves in deep trouble with the CA Department of Real Estate. I went to an open house and the agent said they would take applications one at a time and process them in that order and take the first approved person. So I was the first to put mine in and pay their 35$ application fee, and then they change their story to they are going to collect all the applicants and see whose is best. Another lady turned hers in as I was leaving and they gave her the apt even though I was first and the agent admitted that I had perfect references and perfect credit. So all I can figure is they were prejudice against my age or racial background because the agent found no fault with my application and would not give me a reason for the other applicant getting it. This property management company is horrible! They make you pay for utilities like trash, water, and gardening. They also never completely fixed our electricity outlets (half of them didn't work) or the garage door. They also charged us for fixing something that was due to conditions out of our control (heavy winds broke something). more
