Review content:
I shipped 2 items from this store with their help in March 2007. Cost $40 to mail. Both items were marked fragile and had a declared value of $300. They were so damaged that the store I bought them from and whom had issued me an RMA declined the shipment. The items were returned to me in horrendous shape. Looks like they were dragged behind a bus. I filed a claim with the store and it has been 2 1/2 months and the store owner will not call me back. I have lodged a complaint with UPS and they say ""we will have them call you"" and nothing has happened. UPS bites and this store bites even more!!! I will take them to small claims court if I have to. Owners name pronounced Smateen is an a**ho*e
Cons: rude, dismissive, corrupt, unethical, no idea how to run a business in the U.S.
