San Jose Live Scan Fingerprinting at The UPS Store

I just recently went to the prospect road ups store in the westgate west complex. Bottom Line: They accomplished all my needs quickly, kindly, and I felt the prices were great. I had researched how much it would possibly cost to ship my package and they gave me a great deal. When I went in today I was also dealing with a small claim from an earlier package. They took care of my package and my claim was settled quick by the UPS corporation, since they are the ones that actually handle claims. It is not the UPS Stores, they just help to process the cases. Ultimately, both my packages arrived perfectly, and as always with UPS, on time. I highly recommend this store. Moreover, it is one of the more popular UPS Stores because of this great service it offers. I shipped 2 items from this store with their help in March 2007. Cost $40 to mail. Both items were marked fragile and had a declared value of $300. They were so damaged that the store I bought them from and whom had issued me an RMA declined the shipment. The items were returned to me in horrendous shape. Looks like they were dragged behind a bus. I filed a claim with the store and it has been 2 1/2 months and the store owner will not call me back. I have lodged a complaint with UPS and they say ""we will have them call you"" and nothing has happened. UPS bites and this store bites even more!!!
