Okay, first off, it was my fault for parking in someone's else's spot. I thought it was my roommates since it was all snowed in, I wasn't even all the way in the wrong spot. However, after calling around to ask about towing prices, these guys are the biggest rip off ever. They keep changing their story. First, if I came before a certain time, I would not be charged extra. Then when I get there, I needed to make an appointment instead. What a load of crap. I'm going to my apartment complex and asking them to consider a different towing company. I will NEVER use this company for my insurance needs as well. Will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau which I am sure they are probably not a part of.
