My Father, Brothers and Myself have been going out for breakfast on Sundays for sometime now. We've tried many places in, around and out-of town including as far out as The Pinecone, (If you live in Wisconsin, You know the place). I've always said ""Hey we should go to Paul's. You'll never want to go anywhere else for breakfast after you try them."" Unfortunitely everytime we drove past and remembered that the parking lot is always full, we end up going somewhere else. Long story short; We finally decided to go there anyway, and found out that we waited longer to pay the check than get a seat, ""Which was only about two or three minutes. ""I've always raved about the hashbrowns and after my father ate there, he agrees that the hashbrowns are infact great, ""And he's a chef for one of Milwaukee's private clubs, so he should know"". Longer story short; Paul's Omega is my pick as Milwaukee's best spot for breakfast 24hours a day. Friendly waitstaff, HUGE portions for the price, and overall Great food. Don't plan on parking close to the entrance unless you get there early would be the only Con I could think of. My guess is that the bad revues have come from ex-employees. Then again I never tried the place before Paul took over so maybe the food was brought out on a golden platter with, ""The only way it could be ANY better"" Pros: Great Food, Friendly Waitstaff, Large Portions Cons: Parking lot always packed, Restrooms located behind coffee station so you feel like you're wondering where you don't belong, "Only bothered me".
