My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for years. We started out by going for the fish frys, but like everything else, it's a matter of taste, my son-in-law doesn't like it. Some people prefer other types of batter or seasoning, but it's just the way we like it best, never fishy tasting, always flaky and light.
Then we started going on nights other than Friday and have tried many of the dishes from their varied menu. I think their Polish Sausage with Sauerkraut is out of this world. I'm also partial to the Chopped Sirloin w/ onions. My husband loves the Chicken and Beef Stroganoff.
BUT - NO ONE CAN BEAT THE SOUP. I am a pretty good cook myself, but I can't make soup like Omega can. I often buy a quart of soup and take it home to have along with my home cooked meal.
The service is pretty good, there is never a very long wait when they are busy and the restaurant is clean.
This will continue to be out favorite place to eat out.
