Review content:
Placed an order in person for a wheelchair when our child had a broken foot. After a few weeks and multiple calls ~ when we still had not received one ( always paperwork was being 'processed) we received it 6 weeks later! By then, we no longer needed the chair! Called after one week to have it returned, but after repeated calls, another 4 weeks went by. Finally they sent a pick up driver. Even after the chair was picked up - another driver came a week later to pick up the chair that had already been picked up! I could go on, but you get the picture...
