Delivery drivers where nice. Thats about as good as it gets with this company. Customer service is rude. I was left on hold for over 10 minutes only to be disconnected.It seems like they use cheap products from china. The underpads are paper thin. The billing dept is even worse. I received a collection notice, after I paid I received another collection notice a few months later and was told that the insurances bill late so they don't know about a pending balance until after they receive the final claim. It really didn't and still doesnt make sense. You will be better off with another medical equipemnt company. (F-)
