Review content:
Initially these guys did a great job on a plumbing issue I had.......... so I purchased their heating/AC/plumbing preventative maintenance contract. BAD idea!!!! They found a leak on a temperature and pressure valve on my hot water heater, but since I have a home warranty, we had to schedule with a different technician. Now, they did offer to fix it for about $160 with the first guy - but I figured why spend extra? So, when the second guy came out 2 days later - he said there was no leak but there was a $60 charge for the service call! UNBELIEVABLE! I'm just happy I'm only forced to pay the $60 --- looks like I ""SAVED"" myself about $100 for a repair that didn't need to be made. I've called the company and written a letter --- but I'm still out $60 (plus my time). I wish I had read reviews of this place before I signed up for their maintenance service. Needless to say, they can come inspect -- but I'll get another company to do any work!!! And when my paid for contract is finished - I'll find a place that stands behind their work. Hope you learn from my mistake and save yourself some money and hassle!!!!
