I purcashed several pieces of jewelry for my wife there and had problems from the get go. My wife had problems and issues as well and when she finally decided she didn't want to do business with that store anymore, not only did the owner involve her mother, at that time unaffiliated with the store, causing hurt and pain to my wife as she was friendly with owner's mother (which the owner knew), she sent a letter asking my wife to not talk about what had happened.
