Very dissapointed in the service and operation of this business. I highly recommend careful consideration when choosing this business for uptown parking services. Wrote a check for quartly parking but never recieved my pass and respondant was very rude and distasteful when I approached her about the situation. I finally asked for a return of my funds but haven't seen that as well. In the process of filing a small claims and working with my bank to file a fraudlent charges for the check they cashed. Beware. Beware.
