Hmmmm...Paid $2.50 for daily parking in the morning then got a ticket/envelope requesting $20 fine payment for not paying...called yesterday, no answer, calling again today to see...

Parking Ticket/Service Fee After you've Paid For The Day??? 4/16/2012

Hmmmm...Paid $2.50 for daily parking in the morning then got a ticket/envelope requesting $20 fine payment for not paying...called yesterday, no answer, calling again today to see how THEY will resolve this; still no answer. Paid for parking again today and parked in same spot. Left today's payment and a note requesting a phone call to discuss and that they leave me a receipt for today's payment. Let you know how it works out.....will update you tomorrow?. more

These folks are small town friendly in a rapidly growing city. I park with them for Panthers and work and have been with them for 12 years. They seem to really enjoy getting to know their customers... Highly recommended for price and service. Pros: Pricing and responsiveness Cons: Charlotte's overall crime rate more

Good parking 3/13/2008

I have been with West Parking for probably 8 years now. I have recently moved to a different lot on S. Tryon. To date I have had no problems with their service and the price is right. Pros: Cheaper than preferred parking Cons: some lots are further away more

Horrible service from West Parking 5/26/2007

The most unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with. I paid my quarterly dues and yet they continue to say I haven't even though I have already recieved the posted check back. The lady named Carrie was extremely rude and seemed to be incoherent when we spoke on the phone, telling me she would tow my car if I parked in their lot. I am also filing a small claim against West Parking. Be aware!!! Be very aware!!! Pros: None that I have found Cons: Very rude and trying to rip me off more

Uptown Parking 4/4/2007

Very dissapointed in the service and operation of this business. I highly recommend careful consideration when choosing this business for uptown parking services. Wrote a check for quartly parking but never recieved my pass and respondant was very rude and distasteful when I approached her about the situation. I finally asked for a return of my funds but haven't seen that as well. In the process of filing a small claims and working with my bank to file a fraudlent charges for the check they cashed. Beware.
