Review content:
I called the Auto Recycling Center Monday August 4, 2008 looking for a fuel pump. Not knowing they didn't sell parts. So the young lady answered the phone and when I asked about the part, she hung up. When I called back I said, ""Hi! Can you hear me?"" She says, ""Yes I can hear you."" I replied, ""Oh, because you hung up on me."" She says, ""Well, evidently I didn't hear you!"" All this being said with a mischievous tone. So, I over look it and get back to the point and asked if they had a fuel pump for my car type and she says, ""No (laughing) WE DON'T SELL PARTS!"" and she hangs up! Now, maybe she was already having a bad day @ 10:12 a.m. I'm not sure. However, I think that the whole situation could have been handled better. I kinda got the impression that was the real reason she hung up in my ear in the first place; not because she couldn't hear me! After 3 attempts in a row to call back and speak with a manager about the level of unprofessionalism that was displayed; I received no answer!
Cons: no parts!
