When the road turned suddenly to ice in late March, I found myself trying to control skids to avoid hitting oncoming traffic. I succeeded, but only by hitting a huge stone wall- only to glance off, spin around and hit it again from the rear. The car ended up at Martin's Auto Tech. Rod Martin was exemplary in the way he handled everything- prompt contact, updates at appropriate intervals, keeping to the timing he predicted. The work was perfect and on schedule and I found the shop a pleasure to deal with. It was clear from beginning to end that this is someone who cares about doing quality work and delivering excellent customer service.
