When the road turned suddenly to ice in late March, I found myself trying to control skids to avoid hitting oncoming traffic. I succeeded, but only by hitting a huge stone wall- only to glance off, spin around and hit it again from the rear. The car ended up at Martin's Auto Tech. Rod Martin was exemplary in the way he handled everything- prompt contact, updates at appropriate intervals, keeping to the timing he predicted. The work was perfect and on schedule and I found the shop a pleasure to deal with. I've used this repair shop a number of times and the service is reasonably priced. They will tell you up front what needs to be done, and there aren't any suprises. Pros: professional and secure facility more

I am so sorry I did not do my ""homework"" and ask around about where to bring a car for repair work. Instead I choose the closest body shop was sold by ""25 years experience"" and a nice looking body shop. I was in tears yesterday after not having a car for 15 days and a run around of excuses in a professional tone. I was originally told my car would be ready in 5 days. I was told I could not get my car until the insurance money was received and it would be locked up until payment was received. After complaining about Martins Auto I soon found out they have a bad reputation. Multiple people I spoke to had heard negative things about various problems at this shop. So please save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! You will hear ""we did a professional job repairing the car in a respectable amount of time"" It has been said so many times by the guy it will sound believable, it has been simply rehearsed.
