Review content:
These restaurants have really gone down hill since they hurried to open so many and the owner has left. The management, customer service and quality is terrible, each restaurant is entirely different in attitude. Years ago you could count on a staff that was happy to see you and make sure your meal was the best it could be, now a yawn greets you at the door as you are shooed away and told to wait. They used to serve a great special early dinner menu but that isn't available, unless you ask for it. My husband and I are sad such a great local place for steaks as become mediocre on a good day, save you money and temper go to the long horn or outback
